In 1997 I joined Signature Communications as Creative Director. Signature specialized in B2B advertising. With clients ranging from high tech firms to industrial manufacturers we provided strategic planning, brand development, print, broadcast, digital and project management. It was hard work, demanding clients, demanding bosses. I learned a lot about and nurturing client relationships, accountability and the design process.
